1. Data controller

Fit Tools, available at fittools.es, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. For any privacy matter, contacthi@fittools.es.

2. Data we process

We may process the following categories of data:

• Contact information provided by the user, such as name, company, email address and message.
• Information arising from later email exchanges or during the commercial process.
• Minimum technical data necessary for security, operation and prevention of service abuse.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data for the following purposes:

• To respond to contact requests, demos or commercial information requests. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at the request of the data subject.
• To manage follow-up related to the commercial conversation. Legal basis: legitimate interest and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures.
• To ensure website security and prevent fraudulent or abusive use. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation.

4. Recipients

If you accept optional measurement, Google and ChatGPT Ads (OpenAI) receive navigation events and confirmed contact-request events to attribute campaign results. For confirmed requests, we send OpenAI the normalized email transformed using SHA-256, together with attribution identifiers when available, from the browser and server. We do not send the message content to OpenAI. This measurement is based on your consent, which you can withdraw using “Change consent”. We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by providers delivering hosting, email, infrastructure or technical support services, always under Fit Tools instructions and subject to the corresponding contractual safeguards. Data may also be disclosed where required by law.

5. Retention

Data will be kept for as long as necessary to respond to the request, maintain the commercial relationship where there is mutual interest, and comply with legal obligations or defend against possible claims.

6. Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data by emailing hi@fittools.es. If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

7. International transfers

Some technology providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, Fit Tools will seek to ensure appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or other valid mechanisms.

8. Security and confidentiality

Fit Tools applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical or service-related changes. The version currently published on this page will always be the applicable one.
